
I. Ocean & Air Freight Operations Specialist (Internship/Experienced Hire)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end ocean and air freight operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures.
2. Liaise with agents and clients to coordinate shipment arrangements.
3. Communicate with overseas agents, send shipping advice, and handle documentation.
4. Arrange and coordinate bookings, trucking, customs clearance, and related processes.
5. Maintain client relationships and provide customer service support.
6. Complete additional tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and acquire new clients, actively expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.
2. Maintain client relationships, prepare client visit/development reports, and gather relevant market intelligence.
3. Sustain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
4. Demonstrate a proactive mindset, maturity in problem-solving, and the ability to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.
5. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
