I. Ocean & Air Freight Operations Specialist (Internship/Experienced Hire)  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end ocean and air freight operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures.  

2. Liaise with agents and clients to coordinate shipment arrangements.  

3. Communicate with overseas agents, send shipping advice, and handle documentation.  

4. Arrange and coordinate bookings, trucking, customs clearance, and related processes.  

5. Maintain client relationships and provide customer service support.  

6. Complete additional tasks assigned by the department.  

Requirements:  

1. College diploma or higher; no gender restriction.  

2. Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience.  

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

4. Responsible, detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and able to work meticulously. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service awareness, communication skills, and coordination capabilities. 

II. Sales Consultant – (Internship/Experienced Hire)  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire new clients, actively expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.  

2. Maintain client relationships, prepare client visit/development reports, and gather relevant market intelligence.  

3. Sustain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.  

4. Demonstrate a proactive mindset, maturity in problem-solving, and the ability to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.  

5. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
